Albert Joy, R, GRI, BIC, President - Albert began his career in real estate in 1988 while his family real estate company began to import pre-fabricated homes from New Zealand to Hawaii.  A quick learner, Albert was trained by the best real estate experts in the U.S. and Canada, and has dedicated himself to constantly search for new ideas and methods to better serve his clients.  He has administered seminars for everything from first time homebuyers to 1031 tax deferred exchanges, he has sold many homes otherwise considered “unsellable”, and has developed numerous niche markets for his clientele.  Primarily a listing agent, Albert is also available as a consultant, speaker, and resource for real estate-related professional inquiries.

Cheryl Fontes – Accounting Manager –  Cheryl has been with the company for 5 and a half years.  She comes highly qualified with a degree in Business Administration.  Prior to joining the team, she worked for a multi-million dollar construction company.  She takes care of all the administrative duties of the business.  Organization is her middle name and can always be counted on to get the job done.

Justin Morikawa, RA – Justin has been with the company for Five years.  With a Bachelor’s Degree in IT from the University of Hawaii.   Justin takes care of the listings and sets up showings from any outside agent.  He also helps out whenever it is needed, usually in escrow tracking, property management and keeping track of loans outsourced to our sister mortgage company. 

Being the main data entry person in the office, he is the go-to guy for all banks wishing to do BPOs on their assets.  Overall, we handle over 1400+ valuations a year for over 35 nationwide banks.

Cherise Antoque-Tilton, RA - Cherise has been with the company for a year and a half.  With a Master's Degree in Business Admin, Cherise specializes in handling Buyers that come directly to our company.  Many people describe her as a "people person with a bubbly personality". 

Kalani Versola, RA – Kalani is the newest member of our team.  She has been with the company since September 2006.  Previously, she was an agent at Century 21 in Aiea.  Kalani handles the property management side of our company as well as escrow and loan tracking in the office.  Before entering real estate, Kalani was a office manager at a doctor’s office for 10 years.  Having a strong background in administrative duties, she carries her job duties with persistence making sure everything is “followed up” on.
